HomePro’s Eastern Market Penetration Invested THB 580 million in Rayong Branch

"HomePro" penetrated the Eastern market by investing 580 million Baht into its new branch in Rayong province. The branch will be a commercial complex, Plaza, with more than 40 retail stores located on the project area of 24 rais. The Company projects initial sales revenue of 34 million Baht per month.

Nat Jaritchana, Marketing Senior Vice President of Home Product Center Plc. , a public company limited operating a retail business in home improvement segment by selling goods and providing complete range of services relating to construction and decoration of buildings, houses, and residence places under the trade name of "HOMEPRO", said, "The company invested THB 580 million in opening the branch HomePro Rayong to cater to the product and service needs for the quality and standard house renovation of consumers in Ampur Muang Rayong, Ban Chang, Mabtapud, and Laem Mae Pim districts. HomePro Rayong is the 30th branch of HomePro and the 4th in 2007 to open based on the implementation of the company's expansion plan after the Chonburi, Petchkasem, and Ekamai-Ramintra branches. It is located on Sukumvit Sai 3 Road, on the intersection of PMY, adjacent to the Laem Thong Department Store, and on 24 rais. In addition to HomePro's 5,650 square meters of more than 60,000 housing-related product items shelving and special services for the customers' convenience such as free delivery, interior design and installment consulting, there are also the ally, S.B. Furniture on 640 square meters, and more than 40 joint shops and vendors on the rental space of 3,200 square meters.

HomePro Rayong is a commercial complex, consisting of two storeys. The first storey will be the plaza with full-range shops and vendors to fulfill the lives and enhance the lifestyles of Rayong residents with banks, IT center, restaurants, cafes, MK Suki, bookstores, beauty salons, CD stores and car audio store. The second storey will be the home entertainment electrical appliances under the brand, "The Power" and S.B. Furniture.

Nat added, "To celebrate the branch's official opening, the company prepared to offer the special sales promotion from December 1, 2007 to January 6, 2008 by offering discounts, maximum at 70%, on products, along with gifts from allied financial institutions of credit cards as well as personal loan credits.

"We expected HomePro Rayong to support the needs of customers in Ampur Muang Rayong, Ban Chang, Mabtapud, and Laem Mae Pim districts; 60% of the target customers will be residence owners, 30% project contractors and customers, and 10% foreigners.
