was incorporated on July 28, 2011 with the objective to operate a retail business in home improvement segment in Malaysia. At the end of 2021, the Company operated 7 HomePro Stores in Malaysia.

was incorporated on July 4, 2012 with the objective to operate a retail and wholesale business in construction and home improvement products. At the end of 2021, the Company operates 14 MegaHome stores.

was incorporated on September 4, 2013 with the objective to operate a business of warehousing and distribution of goods.

It was established on November 13, 2020 with the objective to operate a retail business in Vietnam. At the end of 2021, it was operated through the E-marketplace channel.
