Re : Report of the utilization of capital increase

Home Product Center Public Company Limited would like to report the utilization of fund from capital increase deriving from conversion of the warrant issued to the employees of the company under ESOP scheme between January 1, 2008 to June 30,2008 as follows :

1. The exercise of warrants issued to the employees of the company under ESOP-W3 totaling Baht 4,771,803

2. The exercise of warrants issued to the employees of the company under ESOP-W4 totaling Baht 13,859,156

Homepro also would like to notify that the amount received totaling Baht 18,630,959 has been utilized for working capital of the company.
