Referring to the allotment of the warrant of Home Product Center Public Company Limited to Employees of the Company under ESOP No.4 (ESOP-W4) scheme, totaling 50,000,000 units at the exercise price of 3.98 Baht per unit on the ratio of 1 existing share to 1 unit of warrant, the results of the 1st exercise on June 2, 2008 are as follows :
