Referring to the allotment of the warrant of Home Product Center Public Company Limited to Employees of the Company under ESOP No.3 (ESOP-W3) scheme, totaling 15,000,000 units at the exercise price of 1 Baht per unit on the ratio of 1.007 existing share to 1 unit of warrant, the results of the 5th exercise on June 2, 2008 are as follows :
