RE : Report on the Result of Warrant Exercise (ESOP-W2)
TO : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Referring to the allotment of the warrant of Home Product Center Public Company Limited to Employees of the Company under ESOP No.2 (ESOP-W2) scheme, totaling 7,000,000 units at the exercise price of 1 Baht per unit on the ratio of 1.823 existing share to 1 unit of warrant. At the 10th exercise on June 2, 2008 there is no employee exercising of warrants and the outstanding units of warrants and shares are as follows :
| - Remaining numbers of warrants | 18,200 | units |
| - Remaining number of ordinary shares reserved for the exercise of warrant | 285,990 | shares |
